Situated just a kilometer (or a 2-minute ride) from the Puerto Princesa International Airport, the Blue Lagoon Inn & Suites is one of the most affordable and laid-back accommodation if you want to visit Palawan for the first time. Both local and international tourists who want to have a City Tour and see the highlights of Puerto Princesa visit it.

Blue Lagoon Inn and Suites is a child-friendly Hotel that offers sumptuous food, a relatively small but clean swimming pool surrounded by the villas, and a relaxing ambiance. The rooms they are offering are small if you go in large groups, as most of the rooms in the Hotel are good for Family of 3 to 5. They have larger rooms but you need to avail the extra mattresses because the queen size beds are only good for 2 adults.

During our night swimming, we were able to chat with 2 Turkish Nationals and a French (two other tourists, possibly Americans, were also in the pool during that time). Of course, they speak in English and we love to listen to their stories about how great the island of Palawan is. They were able to visit the famous Palawan Underground River and they are planning to go to Honda Bay together, through the Travel Packages offered by the Hotel.
