Melton’s Halo Halo

Recognized as the best Halo Halo in Metro Cebu, Melton’s Halo Halo continues to delight the palate of locals and tourist who visit the Queen City of the South and taste their famous “Super Special Halo Halo”. Halo-halo is a combination of crushed ice, milk, fruits, sugar, etc, topped with Ice Cream and Corn Flakes. Some halo-halo in the country, such as Razon’s and Chowking often add the delicious leche flan to make it tastier and creamier but at Melton’s they only add several ingredients, depending on the season, to make a perfect combination of taste at a very affordable price.
