Placed on a two-storey L-shaped building, the Hotel Rooms are clean and well-maintained that any guest will surely notice. Inside the vicinity of the Hotel is a huge swimming pool, perfect for families or even large groups. Night swimming is preferred by most guests because the pool is located in an open area, which is very hot during high noon. Tables and chairs are free for anyone to use and several pool beds surround the swimming pool.

Guests can stay in the hallway just outside their rooms anytime of the day or they can watch movies in the cable TVs inside their room. A mini bar/refrigerator is available in most rooms but guests rather buy outside the hotel because of the price difference.

Priced at around P2000 – P3000, the family rooms are wide enough for a group of 4 or 5. The prices are reasonable enough considering that they have a large pool and surroundings to maintain. The large and tidy restaurant offers sumptuous food.

The interior of Dotties Place main hall is notable because of its fixtures and it is well-maintained. The outdoor furnishings are made from fine materials to make it last longer under direct sunlight. Function rooms, an open-air meeting hall and the hotel’s reception area are also remarkable.

Anyone who stays at Dotties Place will surely have a great time not only because of its amenities but also because it is near most of the establishments and tourist attractions in Butuan including the Golden Tara of Butuan and the Balangay Site Museum.

How to get there & move around

From the Butuan Airport in Bancasi, take the National Highway going east. About 8 kilometers, you will arrive at Dotties Place. For those who are taking the Bus, just tell the driver or his assistant to drop you at the exact location or at Butuan Doctor’s if ever they are not familiar of this hotel.

Dotties Place Hotel & Resturant is a well-known landmark in Butuan. It is in Aquino Avenue, just a stone-throw away from Butuan Doctor’s Hospital. On the same side of the road going west, about 300 meters, Robinson’s Place is a good option for groceries, personal items and other things. The hotel is surrounded by fast-food chains and some government offices. Islands Seafood and Bo’s Coffee is just a hundred meters going east. Further east, about 1 kilometer from the hotel, you will see Gaisano Butuan along Jose Rosales Avenue (a Petron Gasoline Station at the corner, is a landmark before turning right).
