Panglao Beach Resort

One of the prime attractions in the Philippines is the Panglao Beach Resort. It is located in Panglao Island, included in the jurisdiction of Bohol. Panglao Beach Resort is considered as the mini Boracay of the Philippines. It has a tidy long beach that comes with luscious clean waters. Panglao Beach Resort is resembled as Boracay because a lot of its hotels, inns and restaurants, bars are located near the beach. It has a vast variety of accommodations to choose from. Whether you like the cheap and affordable or you can opt to stay at the luxurious ones.

Panglao Beach Resort is the perfect getaway during summer season and Christmas. But due to growth in patrons the beach tends to get too crowded at peak times. So a lot of people choose to stay at Panglao Beach Resort during off-peak season in July-November.

At times, the shore of Panglao Beach Resort becomes occupied by seaweeds. This is due to the unexplainable β€œamihan” and β€œhabagat” changes which makes the weeds flow to the beach area of the island. There are times that the beach stays roughly clean during early mornings and raking is no longer needed.

Enjoying at Panglao

Enjoying at Panglao

Coconut and palm trees are the usual plants found in Panglao Beach Resort. This gives shade and cool air to the tourists. The height of coconut branches ranged from 2 meters to as high as 20 meters. Locals make sure that tall trees doesn’t bear any fruit to avoid getting the locals accidentally hit, making them loss consciousness for hours (or even days, I guess).
